Welcome offer

Welcome to the Reserve Club

Shop allocated bottles

Earn points on every order: create an account or sign in.

How it works

Three steps. No card to carry, nothing to scan, nothing to remember.

01 Earn

Points post automatically on every order. You earn for creating your account and celebrating your birthday too.

02 Redeem

Pick a reward, get a code, apply at checkout. Engraving, gift wrap, glassware and more.

03 Move up a tier

Every order counts toward your tier. Higher tiers earn more and open earlier allocated windows.

Engraving & greeting card rewards

After you redeem an engraving or greeting card, enter the message on that item in your cart or at checkout. Pay Now stays closed until it is saved.

Good to know

What can I actually redeem?
Whatever the program currently offers — the live list, with the point level for each one, is above. Rewards can change, and what is shown there is always the current set.
How do points get added?
Automatically, once your order is paid. Nothing to scan, nothing to submit. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points that came with it come back off.
Where do I see my balance?
On this page when you are signed in, and any time from the Rewards tab on the edge of the screen.
How do I redeem?
Choose a reward from the list above. You will get a code to apply to your cart, and the reward's own terms and expiry are shown before you use it.
Do rewards expire?
Every reward carries its own terms, and they are shown with the reward before you redeem it. Your balance is always on this page.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing to buy. Creating your account unlocks earning starting with your very next order.
