Last updated: October 23, 2026. Under California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), we must tell you when we offer something of value in exchange for your personal information. Rare Bourbon Shop offers the programs below. Joining any of them is voluntary, and you can leave at any time.
1. Sign-up offer: $15 off your first order of $150 or more. When you sign up through the pop-up form on our website, we text you a one-time code for $15 off your first order of $150 or more.
2. Reserve Club text sign-up: $10 off your first order of $150 or more. When you join the Reserve Club by text on our Reserve Club page, we text you a one-time $10 code, valid on your first order of $150 or more.
3. Reserve Club rewards points. Account holders earn points on every order, 100 points when they create an account, and bonus points on their birthday. Points can be redeemed for the rewards shown on our rewards page. Higher tiers get earlier access to allocated releases.
4. Review thank-you code: $5. When you leave an honest review of a product you bought, we send you a $5 thank-you code for your next order.
Personal information involved. Depending on the program: your email address; your mobile phone number; your date of birth (to confirm that you are 21 or older, and for birthday rewards); your name and account details; your order history; and, for reviews, the review content and the name you choose to show.
How we use it. To deliver the discount or reward, verify your age, send you marketing emails and texts you agreed to receive, run the rewards program, and measure how well our marketing works. See the rest of this Privacy Policy for how we disclose and protect personal information.
How to opt in. You opt in by submitting the sign-up form, joining by text, creating an account, or submitting a review. Before you join, you see the offer terms and, for texts, the messaging consent language. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
Your right to withdraw. You can withdraw at any time, at no cost: reply STOP to any text; click "unsubscribe" in any email; or contact us at info@rarebourbonshop.com to close your rewards account or ask us to delete your information. A discount you have already received is not cancelled when you withdraw.
Value of your data and how we estimate it. In good faith, we estimate that the value of the personal information you give us is about equal to the value of the incentive we offer for it: $15 for the sign-up offer, $10 for the Reserve Club text offer, $5 for a review, and the redemption value of points earned in the rewards program. We base this on what it costs us to provide each incentive and on the marketing revenue we expect from a subscriber, reviewer, or member. If an offer amount changes, the amount shown on the offer at the time you join applies.
No discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, or charge you a different price, because you exercise your California privacy rights. The only difference is that the program benefits above go to people who choose to join.
