Paying tribute to the iconic Stitzel-Weller distillery, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey employs a unique Solera System aging technique to preserve remnants of the distillery’s oldest whiskey reserves, including some of the final bourbon batches crafted before its closure in 1992. The Solera liquid is skillfully blended with other exceptional whiskies aged and bottled at Stitzel-Weller. Matured in freshly charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon offers a delicate bouquet of ripe fruit with flavors hinting at dried apricot, luscious pear, and a sweet roasted grain essence. The finish boasts nuances of charred oak and comforting winter spices.
