Crafted by fifth- and sixth-generation winemakers at a Maison established in 1898, this cuvée combines over a century of tradition with modern innovation. The result is a vibrant salmon-pink sparkling wine with delicate bubbles, luscious berry flavors, and an elegant smooth finish that makes every moment feel like a celebration.

This Rare Rosé is made from a carefully balanced blend of Syrah (90%), Grenache (5%), and Cinsault (5%)—each contributing unique character to the final wine. The Syrah brings body and warmth with hints of blackberry and blackcurrant, while Grenache adds aromatic cherry blossom notes and finesse. Cinsault rounds out the blend with toasty richness. Produced using the Charmat method and aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, Belaire Rare Rosé delivers a fresh, fruit-forward taste with a soft mouthfeel and exceptional drinkability.

The appearance is a clear, luminous salmon pink. On the nose, discover delicate blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry with cherry and meringue. The palate offers slightly sweet strawberry, raspberry, and cherry with underlying toasty notes and balanced acidity. The finish brings red berry fruit and toastiness that lingers beautifully.
